Taking a long, hot shower can be a perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy day. The warm water and steam help soothe muscles and calm the mind. My dad calls it “Me Time”.

  • Tips: Use your favorite shampoo and body wash to make it even more enjoyable. Try out listening to or even signing your favorite song while taking shower.
